TrackMyHack is designed with privacy and safety first. We only collect data needed to provide core features and give you full control over how your information is used.
Data We Collect
We may collect:
- Account information (such as email address, sign-in details, profile image, and profile information)
- App usage data to improve reliability and features
- Location data only when you are riding or using a feature that requires it
- Limited device information for security and performance (if introduced, this will be reflected in our Privacy Policy)
We do not collect unnecessary personal data.
How Your Data Is Used
Your data is used to:
- Provide and improve TrackMyHack features
- Keep your account secure
- Enable optional features such as ride tracking and location sharing
- Prevent misuse and keep the platform safe
Your data is not used for advertising and is never sold.
Location Data
- Location access is optional
- Disabled by default
- Used only during rides or features that require it
- Fully controlled by you
You can manage location access at any time through in-app permissions, device settings, or the User Permissions view.
Data Storage & Security
- Most data is stored securely on your device
- Some profile information is securely stored to enable core app features
- Encrypted backups may be stored in the cloud
- Built on trusted Google and Firebase infrastructure
- Access to data is limited and protected
Backups
Backups help protect your data if you change devices or reinstall the app. Backups are encrypted, handled securely, and retained for up to 30 days.
Data Sharing
- We do not sell personal data
- We do not share data for advertising or marketing
- Trusted third-party services (Google and Firebase) are used only to operate the app securely

You can:
- View and edit your data
- Delete your account and data
- Withdraw consent for optional features
- Request a copy of your data
Most controls are available directly in the app. We respond to GDPR requests within 30 days.
Children’s Privacy
TrackMyHack is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Accounts believed to violate this rule may be removed.
